TNCR has teams of full-time refractory engineers as well as management and administrative professionals engaged in supplying “Made-in-China” refractories worldwide. It also provides management services to its subsidiaries and Joint Venture companies in China. Our refractory engineers are responsible for outsourcing qualified products that are not in TNCR’s manufacturing portfolio to meet our overseas clients’ needs. They strictly follow TNCR corporate rules to pre-qualify suppliers and their products, and to track entire production process at our suppliers’ plants with TNCR QA procedures till the products are shipped. TNCR was ISO 9001-2010, ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 Certified in 2009.

TNCR has supplied more than 150,000 MT silica bricks and millions of Insulation Fireclay Bricks (IFB) for coke ovens’ installation in US and Brazil. It has also supplied many major blast furnace and stove rebuilds, coke oven repair projects in USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil with a wide portfolio of high-quality refractories out of China. It is important to note that TNCR’s engineers inspect the products before shipment to ensure that they are fully in compliance with the client’s specifications and requirements. TNCR will issue “Certificate of Analysis” for the materials shipped.
